Tzu Min Lee, pianist and composer, was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 1988 and now lives in Vienna.
After a bachelor's degree in classical music, she discovered her passion for jazz music.
Between 2012 and 2014 she studied jazz piano at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance in Israel, then moved to Vienna, where she completed her diploma at the Vienna Conservatory in 2015 with distinction.
From 2016 to 2020 she completed the jazz piano and instrumental pedagogic studies at the Anton Bruckner University in Linz, Austria.
She is currently active with the trio "VICTHAMIN", the "Bruckner Big Band", "MAMMA FATALE" and she also joins different kinds of ensembles .
With the trio "VICTHAMIN" she won the art grant of the city of Linz (AT) 2018 and got nominated as Artist To Watch in 2019 by the Jazz Magazine "jazz fuel". With "MAMMA FATALE" she won the Linz Sounds 2020.
